You pulled us back in.
If there is one constant that TMS can attest to, it's that change is the only guarantee in life. When we put out an announcement asking if anyone wanted to carry on the good work of the magazine, we had a few takers. After some discussions, the magazine now has a group of coeditors, who will manage operations and a new strategy for the magazine, as it appeals to the next generation of emerging writers.
We feel this is a testament to the power of the magazine's vision; that it still has the pull to unite people under a single goal: to be as inclusive as possible, while challenging status quo.
The new editors of the magazine are two women: Maham Khan and Zahra Hamdulay, with Maryam Piracha (Editor-in-Chief and co-founder) providing oversight and editorial and strategic direction. We are excited for the future!
As always, the archives are still active... but look to this space in the months to come, as the magazine's new editorial policies and submission guidelines take shape.
